The index is designed to provide investors with a covered call strategy that combines targeted long exposure to Akros U.S. Dividend 100 Index with a systematic approach to generating income through the short exposure to call options on NDX. By maintaining a long position in the top 100 companies that exhibit high dividend yield and quality factor, the index captures the income potential of the companies that have historically proven to generate high dividend yield. Simultaneously, the strategy incorporates short exposure to NDX call options to allow investors to collect additional income through option premium.
